This website, gym-track.io, is provided by Volodymyr Filon, an individual based in Poland ("we", "us"). You can contact us at support@gym-track.io.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the terms and conditions ("regulamin") for using this website. By using the site you accept them.
2. What this website offers
The website is an informational and marketing service for the Gymtrack mobile app. It provides product information, a blog, an optional email newsletter, and free tools such as the 1RM calculator.
The website itself does not require an account. Using the Gymtrack app is governed by its own separate Terms of Use.
3. Technical requirements
To use the website you need a device with internet access and a current web browser with JavaScript enabled. The free tools run in your browser and require no download.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to supply any unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it at scale, or circumvent its security.
You must not use the site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
6. Free tools
Tools such as the 1RM calculator provide estimates for general informational purposes only. They are not medical, health, or professional training advice, and results are not guaranteed. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional before acting on them.
7. Intellectual property
The website’s content, design, text, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to the content, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue parts of it at any time.

If something is wrong, please tell us at support@gym-track.io. Describe the issue and how we can reach you. We will consider your complaint and respond without undue delay, normally within 14 days.
11. Using and leaving the site
You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for anyone who breaches these Terms or applicable law, giving notice where reasonable and proportionate.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence where the law allows.
We are not obliged to use, and do not commit in advance to, any out-of-court dispute-resolution scheme. Consumers in Poland may nonetheless seek help from the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK, uokik.gov.pl); consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their European Consumer Centre.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes to the website or the law. We will post the updated version with a new date; continued use after that means you accept the change.
